Text or tour

Send a text with your name and when you'd like to move in. Or book a walkthrough and see the place first — most people tour within a day or two of reaching out.

2

Apply

Ask us for the application and we'll email it to you. Fill it out and we run a standard background and credit check — everyone in the house clears the same one, which is exactly why the house stays the way it is. You usually have an answer the same day.

3

Move in

Sign a 12 month membership agreement, pay the $350 membership fee, and bring your bedroom furniture — or ask us to furnish the room for you at no charge. Everything else is already here.

What Co-Living Means

Private room. Shared home.

You get a bedroom that is yours alone, with a digital keypad lock on the door — your own code, nobody else's. You bring your own bedroom furniture — or ask us to furnish it for you at no charge. Every shared space is already furnished. You share the kitchen, living room, and laundry with a small number of screened housemates.

What you don't share is the admin. There's no chasing anyone for the internet bill, no arguing about who buys the vacuum, no group agreement that ties your name to someone else's rent.

Side by Side

Roommates vs co-living.

Roommates
  • You manage everything yourselves
  • You furnish it
  • Bills split manually every month
  • Just shared rent — no services
  • One long contract, everyone tied together
  • You find and vet each other
Co-Living
  • Professionally managed, maintenance handled
  • Common areas fully furnished
  • All utilities and internet in one rent
  • Monthly cleaning service for shared spaces
  • Your own 12 month membership
  • Every housemate background screened
  • A house Slack for reminders, repairs and announcements

Inside a house
Who Lives Here

Working adults and students.

Starting out

First job, first place of your own, and a rent number that doesn't take your whole paycheck.

In between

Between houses, between cities, or waiting on a closing. A house that's already set up, and a year to figure out what's next.

At GVSU

A few minutes from campus by car, quieter than student housing, and you're not signing for a whole apartment.
